It is the responsibility of the customer to check this before ordering. We try to ensure that all information provided is as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors in our advertising on our website or printed matter.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.
The title of the goods remains with The White Pavilion Company until payment has been made in full.

Our UK guarantee applies to the original purchaser and gives total confidence to our customers. Our UK guarantee applies to UK locations only, gives you the assurance that we will replace any item that fails to perform to its original manufactured standard. We source only the highest quality parts which are why our products have never failed. We will replace the faulty item without charge. Delivery costs to areas outside mainland UK will apply. Please note that electrical items and the transparent panels sections in the screens & canopy carry the manufacturer's 12-month guarantee.
DELIVERY: We will give you an estimated date of dispatch for your order. If these dates cannot be met for any reason, we will try to keep you informed of any delays and when you can expect delivery. While we make every effort to keep to stated delivery times, we cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred as a result of a failure to meet estimated delivery dates and times. Delivery is usually 14 to 28 working days, after entering our production schedule. Please note - During our busy period's deliveries will take longer. Delivery is to the front of your house. The driver is not authorised to move the contents to a different location.
Any shortages or damage to your delivery must be advised to us and the carrier, by email and confirmed by telephone, within 7 days of delivery. Claims after that date cannot be considered.
All goods offered subject to stocks and availability. If for any reason they are no longer available we will try to provide an alternative product. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and offer a refund.
IMPORTANT - DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a contract within fourteen days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a cooling off period). You have the right to cancel for any reason.
If you wish to cancel a contract, you must email us and confirm by telephone, clearly stating your full details, invoice (order REF) number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice within fourteen days starting from the day after your delivery.
Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods in “as new condition” at your own expense to us within 28 days. Damaged and used items will not be refunded.
We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less a 10% restocking fee, within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

A full refund will be made within 14 days of notice of cancellation. Subject to items not being part of a ‘special order’ which cannot be refunded.
